What is LM water?
LM water is water whose qualities have been naturally enhanced by our technology. It's a more efficient water that can be used both by private individuals wishing to make their daily lives easier, and by professionals who use water for their activities, notably in agriculture and industry for washing, but also for the upkeep of green spaces and sports fields. What's the difference with a softener?
Our technologies use no consumables and discharge no water. What's more, they improve water in many ways. Softeners, on the other hand, only remove limescale. They need to be topped up with salt and reject part of the water.
Does LM water have any effect on limescale?
Yes, once passed through our solutions, the limescale contained in the water remains present, but clings much less to surfaces. In other words, LM water limits limescale formation.
Is maintenance or servicing required?
The Dauphine is maintenance-free and requires no consumables. For professionals, no maintenance is required either, except if you use iron- or manganese-laden borehole water. We recommend cleaning the porcelain once a year by gently unscrewing the lid. Our experts will be happy to advise you, depending on the type of water you use.
Which LM technology is right for you?

How long does the equipment last?
Our systems work for life. The materials used to manufacture LM Innovation technology have been selected for their high quality. From design to production, everything takes place in France. And our devices are assembled on our premises in Normandy.
How are LM technologies for professionals installed?
Installation is relatively simple. Our technologies for professionals are installed on the general water supply, whether from the mains, a borehole or a well. They can also be positioned upstream of a water supply.
The systems have an inlet and outlet and are easily connected to the pipes. They must be installed level to allow vortex formation. All the necessary information is provided in the user manual supplied with the equipment. Our local distributors accompany customers to check the correct installation of LM technologies.
How is La Dauphine set up?
Installation of the La Dauphine is relatively simple. It connects to the household's main water supply after the water meter or stopcock. It has one inlet and one outlet. It does not need to be installed level or straight, nor does it require a minimum inlet pressure.
Can I take La Dauphine with me if I move?
Its small size makes it easy to install in a house or apartment, especially in a manhole. It's easy to take with you on long vacations or when moving house.
What are the delivery times?
For private customers, delivery takes 5 to 7 days. For professionals, we work with a network of independent distributors throughout France. They ensure rapid delivery when you place an order.
What are the payment terms?
The Dauphine can be purchased online via our website or at our premises. Payment is by bank transfer and can be made in 3 instalments free of charge for private customers. For professionals, we redirect you to your nearest dealer. After meeting with you, he or she will draw up a quotation precisely tailored to your needs. You will then proceed to payment of your order.
How do I get an invoice?
For La Dauphine purchases, the invoice is sent by e-mail automatically after purchase. If you misplace it, please contact our customer service department. If you purchase a professional range machine, the invoice is sent by our local distributor.
Can I finance my purchase with Crédit Agricole's AGILOR solution?
Yes, subject to certain conditions. The AGILOR offer is available to all individual farmers, farming companies and CUMAs, and is reserved exclusively for Crédit Agricole professional customers. This solution is not available to individual customers. It enables you to simulate and request financing for LM Innovation technology equipment directly from our teams. You'll be offered several financing options(traditional credit, with or without a downpayment, and deferment of your first repayment for up to 21 months), with a reply within just a few days.
AGILOR financing is subject to final acceptance of your application by your participating Crédit Agricole Regional Bank, lender. Contact our team on 02 31 92 40 61. Our experts are on hand Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:30 to help you with your financing application.
